  1. How can I ensure my kids don’t watch what they shouldn’t?
     The parental control features will enable you to set this up on all channels as well as Video on Demand.
     
     Simply press the Menu button on your TV remote control, scroll down to ‘More…’, select Parental Control, then Parental Locking and enter a new 4-digit pin.
     
     You can choose to lock any content, either by channel, TV Parental Guidelines, movie ratings or unrated content.
     
     Remember to select ‘Save’ to confirm your settings.

     Pressing the ‘Menu’ button on your TV remote control, scroll down to ‘More…’, select Parental Control, then Rental Locking and enter a new 4-digit pin.

     “TV First” is a new category that has been added to the Free View service, offering exclusive TV shows at the same time of the US day of release. All content available under the “TV First” category are exclusive only with du and available for unlimited viewing at no additional cost.
  3. How can I watch the content available on “TV First”?
     Press the VOD button on your remote control, go to Free View, then press on “TV First”. Select the series using the navigation keys.
  4. What are the titles available on ‘TV First’?
     This content updates on a regular basis. To check for the current releases, press ‘VOD’ on your remote control and select ‘Free View’ then ‘TV First’.
  5. How can I watch the content available on Kids?
     Just press the VOD button on your remote control, go to Free View, and select ‘Kids’.
