- My Account: Go to the Relocation page and log in to ‘My Account’. Then fill up the information form and submit the request
- du app: Download and log in to du App. Find the Home Relocation Service option inside the Home Plan section. Then fill up the information form and submit the request

When will I get a call back from du?A du agent will contact you within 24 hours to schedule installation in the new address visit based on technician availability.
