Customers service doesn't help much (i think not at all) and asking for high ratings by the end of the call without even solving the issue. They changed my postpaid plan without me knowing. and later i asked to return my plan which i did request many times. But they can't due to the plan im using for years(6) is only limited offer. but instead they offered me with the same fees but rubbish benefits. The worst part is that when you call they'll tell you to visit their shop and vice versa.

Unbelievably bad apps this one and the other du pay app. BOTH APPS DON'T WORK!!!! They keep loading infinitely without opening!!!!!!!!!! BAD TOO BAD experience At the time when I tried to check the available bundles and when I tried to transfer the money!!!!!! Not just like that, NO CUSTOMER-SUPPORT ON CHAT OR CALL. HOW TO CONTACT THEM? This is why I came here to put my words so may, and perhaps someone will take these notes and fix the apps.

i don't recommend it at all no clarity from the beginning after upgrading from 4g (too slow) to 5g which is very expensive but i agreed to a 30% discount.the employee said the contract was for 1 year, it turned out the contract 2 years with only 1 year discount.they promised to fix the amazon prime streaming which i did not get, but didn't.they promised to keep the discount after 1 year, but didn't. now i pay 40% more than a normal new user without an offer, and to cancel there's a huge penalty
