One of our computers froze with a Trojan Horse treat when an email was clicked to be put in the trash folder. Gratefully we called Total Defense and the customer service rep told us to hold the off button for more than a count of 6. He was patient as it wouldn't shut down the first time. Doing it again it shut down the computer. When bringing it up again he explained to only proceed if the start window was the company logo. It was. Then we were NOT to reload the browser. We closed it and started as normal. We got back into the emails and thanked the Customer Rep. We got great service again. We got in and deleted the email with others around it, to avoid clicking on that particular email again. We could always send the others back in the inbox.

I initially spoke with Daniel ** who was very nice and tried to help me but I had problems getting into my email when I spoke with him so he sent me email with info with how to uninstall and install Total Defense. But I was unable to and called again and spoke with Laurie **. Laurie was very patient, kind and helpful and walked me through everything and was great. She was so patient with me which I really appreciated. She called back 1/2 hour later to see how everything went. Unfortunately, my computer is old and very slow so it took a while to complete. It's working perfectly now! Thank you so much to both Daniel and Laurie -- who are both very professional!

I was very annoyed that I had to wait up until 11:00 pm Australian time due to the time differences. However, Dan explained and yes I did understand - he was handling my ticket first thing - it was 9:00 am. So I did get reassurance that my account was OK - I had not been able to log in to check. I then decided that as I was still awake I may as well stay up and get assistance, so I phoned back and was promptly connected to Ali ** who was absolutely charming and helpful.

I don't think about the anti-virus software which I think means you have a pretty good product. It is un-intrusive, I have no problems with virus's so I believe it must be doing its job. The price I paid is 39.99 which I hope I don't get struck by lightning for saying, seems very reasonable for a yearly subscription (please don't raise the price because I said this). I tried re-activating my expired license last night and had problems with the activation code and couldn't get it running.

I was pleased with the assistance given to me by Dan when I contacted Total Defense technical support services. I had taken my laptop to Staples with an issue with the smart disk being at risk; the Staples tech completed their investigation and took corrective action. However, when I picked up the computer the tech started the Total Defense scan and said just take it home and it should be done scanning when you get there. It scanned until 48% and remained there for 5 hours before I called Staples to see what needed to be done. They advised me to call you in the morning for help. I called and Dan walked me through the process of uninstalling and reinstalling the program. I ran it and it completed the scan. I am not so happy with Staples as I feel they should have done all of this before I picked up my computer. Thank you, however, to Dan for his patience and help.

Hello, I contacted the Total Defense Support Team regarding my annual renewal fee. Carlos ** was very helpful and took care of my issue. Carlos also helped me last year with my renewal charge. He has always been very professional and very quick in getting back with me. Thank you.

Carlos provided excellent service. He was helpful, patient as we walked through the renewal process. I was having a difficult time with completing the request. Carlos was patient and made sure I was able to finish and use the application. My experience with Carlos was positive and more importantly that it was successful.

I felt that the representative was very patient, helpful and very knowledgeable. He made the phone call a very user friendly experience. Although the subscription renewal format had changed he was able to walk me through it and made it a lot easier for me to renew my subscription. I am not very computer savvy so this was very helpful.

Mr Ali is very co op and very knowledgeable and explained very simple way. He walk with me all the time until my problem solve. l call early but no one explain like Ali explain. He was cool and soft and polite. l am with Total Defense for long time. It's good product.

I called Total Defense to check on my rebate via phone and the representative was very professional and helpful. He gave me instructions on how to get my rebate because my application wasn’t approved before. I did exactly what he said, I called back to ensure he received my email and now my rebate is approved. I’m a very happy customer.
