Through his guidance I was able to get my 401k moved over into a precious metals Ira with Patriot gold. He has serviced my account very well and has promptly responded to all my calls and emails. Before I transferred anything, my husband and I had several calls and learning sessions with Ron to make sure we understood everything about investing in Gold. I moved my money to Patriot Gold in summer of 2022. Our entire experience with Ron was the BEST experience with I ever had investing. The entire time, Ron was a wonderful gentleman, patient, considerate and informative. Ron NEVER pressured us.. He has always had a spirit of servitude, educating us and guiding us through the process of moving to a Gold IRA. After a few times on the phone, I felt he was a friend I’d known forever.! He seems to be intuitive to others personalities, giving him the unique ability to “personally” relate to another person.

We invested and Ron stays in touch at least once a month, sending us great articles and always offering his help for any questions we might have. I will tell you Ron had some problems explaining things to us since we were 74 Years old at the time! You can only imagine the genuine patience he had for us! Frank helped guide us during the purchase and was so nice, professional and knowledgeable in guiding me through the purchase. Frank is a star employee and he is not only a very fine man, but also a great employee of Patriot Gold.

To end this novel, I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Ron. If I call, he promptly returns my call. A few months ago, my grandson wanted to invest in gold and Ron kindly took the time to talk to him. I appreciate that more than I can say. My grandson is only 23 and only had several thousand dollars. He wanted to invest in gold, so I sent him to Ron just in case you all have any type of program for “young investors” who want to grow what they have saved. Ron was great with him, kind, informative and gave him some good advice about Patriot Gold investing. Ron is always attentive and patient on calls, like he had all the time in the world to talk to me and help me.

I was a Director in a large hospital before I retired, I believe after more than 25 years in management, I can tell the qualities of a good employee versus a mediocre employee. Ron is a GREAT employee, a real Rock Star for Patriot Gold, He is an ultimate gentleman, honest, kind, personal, like a best friend for that is how I think of him, knowledgeable, ethical, fun and a very respectful man. We have some fun laughs at times, which I love, because I truly think of Ron as a dear friend. Patriot Gold is VERY LUCKY to have Ron ** as a valuable employee. Ron is a treasure and worthy of receiving recognition for not only the great job he does, but also because he puts his heart and soul into his work and offers it to his clients. Both qualities, sadly are a rare commodity in these times.

We set up my account with Equity Trust Co. which is where the funds to make metals purchase through Patriot Gold must go. There was a delay of several weeks in receiving the funds from my TSP account (the federal employee equivalent of a 401k). That was a problem with TSP not Patriot Gold Group. When I finally received a check from them, I went to fund my account. I called Patriot Gold and learned that Liz went on vacation while I was waiting for my funds but was promptly transferred to Kristen and Jacob to assist in transferring funds and making purchases. I remember talking to both Kristen and Jacob several times with questions concerning DocuSigns , account numbers etc. Both were top top-notch.

I made my purchases with help from Kristen. Again she was informative and patient. Tonight I spoke with a customer service rep named Laura to inquire about adding a contingent beneficiary to my account. She immediately emailed both Liz and Kristen to look into it for me and call me back about it as they are my reps. I know they will contact me quickly and address this with excellence. Once we did, Andy provided us with information about the cost and resell value of various coins in the approved group of silver we could transfer into a Precious Metal IRA. He provided valuable information about the best bang for our investment. We were confident that we had made the right decisions. The process was simple and completed once the funding source approved the transfer. When Andy was away and I had a question, Will provided me with the answers I needed. We are very happy with both agents and confident that our funds are in good hands.
