Noel helped me reload my acct. After my laptop crashed on I had to take to uBreakiFix and they had to reload Windows 10 for me and I had to reload my other programs when I got home and when I went to add product key it said is was out of date and I knew I had time left on my acct ~ Noel came to the rescue and helped me get back online and I am good till April of 2024 when I will buy more time ~ Thank you Noel for your support ~ I hope they give you a raise. You deserve it.

When I got the notice computer locked down I did not call the number given and this shut down computer and called your co. He told me that was the right thing to do had I called the number and given them info computer would have been hacked. Instead all is well and checked out fine.. Yesterday renewed a few services and tech support today. Thought I renewed service in Novemer but turned out to be a company using your logo and name of IOLO trying to get my money back for that. Invoice showed IOLO with logo at top then in body of info showed from WBPro Solutions LLC, I asked if that was part of IOLO to the girl I talked with yesterday. She said it was today. Kimberly said it was not and that I needed to renew my tech support. So this co is using your name to get service contracts,

After 2 1/2 days of frustration, I got all my issues resolved because I worked with a true professional John **! When John called me, I was not in a good mood as the past two days, my issues were not resolved and actually had gotten worse. But John calmed me down and said he would take care of all the issues that I was having. And to my surprise, John did take care of everything and on top of that, he did it in a very expeditious time frame. So I would highly recommend US Tech Support and if possible, try and get ** on the line!!

I already typed out a review, but I have had two or three other very nice tech support people try to resolve this problem. No one was able until Don **. He not only was able to get into my computer when the others could not, he was able to resolve my issues which others said could not be. I was simply amazed at his ability. He was an answer to my prayer. In addition he was very calm and reassuring. I didn't get anxious about an incomplete resolution that left me hanging. Take good care of him. I plan to stay with USTech a long time as long as I can access talent like His. Thankyou!!!

Trouble with the 'sales' team, lieing to me on three different phone calls in as to why a tech person is not calling me back, claiming I need to convert from monthly to annual subscription, that monthly is not a subscription. Obvious they are under much pressure from management to sell, not to provide tech support. I had to raise my voice and demand that a ticket be written for a callback. Once a tech called back, I found professionalism. He was excellent. Apparently, the sales team and tech support operate in two different worlds. I cannot convert to annual because I need to see professionalism from the start. Why the hell is a sales team answering the phones? Is this a tech company, or a sales company just using tech support as a 'come on' to catch callers to sell various products?

I feel like I am scammed, after purchasing this software. Despite paying for a premium subscription, I found that other free antivirus programs offered better protection and performance than this one. I'd advise not to waste your money on this overpriced product.

I requested the basic service contract for $19.95 for one year. Somehow they added a monthly technical support contract for $19.95 per month. If you want only the basic annual service. They also have an annual auto-renewal process to be aware of. They notify you via email so be aware. The basic service seems to help speed up your PC. Be aware of aggressive up-sales.

Took several hours to get the computer fixed but now seems back to normal. I did not expect to have to spend so much time for making the connections but that was likely due to the painfully slow computer that needed fixing. Glad to finally have the problems resolved.

Received very good support today. Had an issue with my computer and needed help. Reached out to US Tech Support and they were able to help me. A technician (Josh) was very polite and professional. He diagnosed and solved the problem and gave me tips to help avoid future issues.

The technician was extremely helpful in solving the problem on the computer (Virtual Memory) and helped me establish my google mail account to be displayed on the desktop, whereas it was only available on my cell phone. The technician's name is Edgar and I feel he should be acknowledged as a top level person on your team. He also explained that tech support is available 24 hour per day, seven days per week.
