It’s my son’s birthday today. He would have been 4 years old. Joe left this earth when he was just 2 days old. He passed away peacefully in his mother’s arms. It was the hardest thing we have ever been through as a family. When our beautiful boy was born, I made him two promises. That I would keep smiling. That I would try to make him proud. On the day of his funeral, we released red balloons into the sky. So behind me in my office, hangs a red balloon. A reminder to keep smiling. For Joe. Happy Birthday little one. 🎈

It’s 4pm on the last day of the quarter. That signature you’ve been waiting on finally comes. You turn to your manager and you say “They’ve signed.” Your manager smiles, slowly at first, turning into a big grin. You smile back, and reach out your hand for a handshake. They hug you. “Well done. I know you worked really hard on that one.” You wander around the office unsure what to do with yourself. Giddy with excitement. Drained and elated all at once. Your colleagues smile at you and you smile back. The joy has become infectious in the room now. “Time we hit the pub?” says your manager. “Sounds good.” You say. “Sounds good.” #eoq #sales

In 2022 I launched a fictional sales methodology. My pseudonym, Larry, mentioned it in one of my videos earlier this week. I’ve got a lot of new followers since it first launched, so I thought I’d outline the framework here. FLUMPS is the future of sales. Forceful loud unapologetic maximum pressure selling. Struggling to close deals? You need FLUMPS! Not able to negotiate on price? Show them you’ve got FLUMPS! FORCEFUL ↳ Be VERY aggresive throughout the deal cycle. If they won’t buy, just force them to. LOUD ↳ Always be shouting at your buyer. They’ll soon get the message. If they aren’t buying from you it’s because you’re not being loud enough. UNAPOLOGETIC ↳ Never apologise for steamrolling your way through a deal. You’ve got a target to hit. Your needs are much more important than your buyers. MAXIMUM PRESSURE SELLING ↳ High-pressure sales tactics work. They make your buyer feel uneasy, which is a good thing. Turn the pressure up and watch the deals roll in. Selling without a #revenueorchestrationplatform is hard.
