There are some great themes here to help any procurement department ensure they are objectively selecting the right solution to meet their needs AND deliver the best value for money they can for their shareholders (in this case the taxpayer). Preparation is indeed key, we do our research before buying a car, a house or even a mobile phone to ensure we know what features we want and the likely cost, why would a high stakes procurement be different?

Some really interesting statistics in here, especially the fact that 25 Million additional project managers will be needed globally by 2030. This is why leading edge products from companies like SmartProjects.AI will be paramount to the success of large scale complex projects in the future.
