For example, you’re standing up for something you believe in, but there’s no way for the organization to support you or the situation. Perhaps this means that it’s not the right place for you. This can be dissatisfying but also clarifying for you when making your next move. 💡 Consider who’s on the other side: As you reflect on finding clarity for yourself, it’s just as important to consider the people on the other side as well. 💡 Consider your approach: Be realistic about what you’re asking for, and be as clear as possible about what you need. I’m thrilled to announce that I’m taking over our company’s LinkedIn account to share an exciting experience 🤩 I recently attended a HubSpot for Startups event in Berlin, where we delved into “AI-Powered Reinvention: Meeting Customer Expectations & Delivering Value.” On the panel, I was joined by two brilliant industry experts, Henry Kayser from Zoom and Sebastian Brent Weyer from Solsten. Together, we provided tangible insights on how AI can enhance the Customer Experience.
