Inclusive dialogue with others can help people feel heard and understood, as well as help them feel a sense of belonging. Inclusive dialogue can also help prevent tensions or barriers from arising in a conversation or diffuse them if they do. IBIS, our expert vendor partner, developed this resource to support each of you in having discussions with colleagues.
