Annual Conference

The third annual IDEAL DCP Conference 2024: Unleashing Our Brilliance - Working Collectively to Navigate the Mess will be held on Thursday, September 12. The conference offers a hybrid format (in-person and virtual) with additional virtual-only programming throughout the weeks following the conference.

This year's conference promises to be an empowering experience. Imagine the collective brilliance that emerges when a diversity of voices and perspectives come together! The conference acknowledges that the path to equity isn't straightforward and the process for implementing meaningful change is complex. We'll be navigating the "mess" together, sharing tacit knowledge and practices, and developing innovative strategies to dismantle barriers and navigate the current socio-political backlash.

Conference registration

This annual no-cost conference is open to all members of the DEIB Community of Practice (DCP). Registration for the conference will close on August 19, 2024. If you are not yet a member of the DCP, but would like to join, learn more on Cardinal at Work.

The IDEAL DCP Conference 2023: Working Together to Facilitate Change was held on Monday, September 18. The conference offers a hybrid format (in-person and virtual) with additional virtual-only programming throughout the weeks following the conference. The in-person conference was hosted at the Stanford campus at Munger.
