Business Class Customers have 6 different speed packages available:
6000k down x 512 up (Xtreme 6.0, best effort speeds)
3000k down x 384 up (Xtreme, best effort speeds)
1472k down x 256k up (basic, best effort speeds)
256k down x 128k up (basic, best effort speeds)
384k up x 384k down
512k up x 768k down

Residential customers are currently offered 256/128, 1472/256, 3000/384, or 6000/512 basic, best effort service.

Certain business packages include new Domain Name Registration and custom Email accounts.

Business class customers have the option to use a BellSouth Supported Netopia 3346 DSL modem/router or 3347 wireless modem/router. BellSouth will also provide some networking support for this product to these customers.

Business class customers have the option to purchase a block of 5 (or more) static public IP addresses. The 5 IP block option also requires the Netopia 3346 or 3347 modem/router (or other multi-static compatible router).

Residential class customers can only get a single static IP (available as a no cost option on specific speed packages).

Business class accounts require a business telephone line, commonly called a "1FB". You can not get business class FastAccess on a residential line.

Residential class customers use a standard residential telephone line, commonly called a "1FR" and can only be provisioned with residential FastAccess.
