Highly recommend Rapid SeedBox

I have been using RapidSeedbox for a few years now and I'm very happy with it. I don't think I will ever consider switching to another provider because the service has been great. Any issues (very minimal and minor in my opinion) are quickly addressed by the awesome team in customer service. Tonight, Matthew assisted in updating my seedbox because I was having trouble connecting. Within a few minutes, Matthew fixed my issue and I was up and running again. Awesome team and service which I highly recommend.

I upgraded my rapidseedbox from rapid…

I upgraded my rapidseedbox from rapid to furious but during the migration something went wrong and it told me I had to wait 2160 days for the migration. Matthew got right on top of it and my seedbox was migrated within minutes and then he updated it for me. He was very helpful and put my mind at ease.

Excellent seedbox !!

Excellent seedbox !!
To be very honest I have not been on many and came here because of offer PrivateHD was gonna provide after buying seedbox but it turned out like paradise.
I ended up loving seedbox more than ever, especially thanks to Marko (from Rapidseedbox) what a wonderful and responsive guy he is!!
overall great seedbox and will recommend to others.

Highly recommended service

This service has easily surpassed my expectations. I was initially nervous about adding another monthly bill but now I just regret not doing so a long ways back. Would highly recommend.

Great service and support

Great service and support. I'm working on my fifth year with RapidSeedbox and I couldn't be happier. In that time I've only had three tech issues. None of them resulted in a loss of data or security and two of them were my fault. The support team was exceptional. They communicated clearly about what happened, how they were going to fix it, and how to prevent it in the future. Definitely worth looking into if you value speed, reliability, and great service and support.

I am *NOT* very adept with proxies..

I am *NOT* very adept with proxies... but these guys were awesome in helping me figure out what I needed and getting me set up. I also give them extra props because there was an issue on their side that, once they figured it out, immediately owned it (I assumed it was all me on me, because it usually is!) They took responsibility and immediately resolved it. They also spent a lot of time making sure it was all working as I needed it. I'm very happy I came across them.

Best offers with IP rental

I really like this company. They offers really quality services with IPv4/IPv6 rental. They won't forget about route6 object or ROA, they will fastly send LOA document. You can ask them to made geoip updates in their geofeed.
Support is 5 stars, they works excellent and reply very fast.

RSB is worth your consideration

My first Seedbox and still my only Seedbox! I have been with RSB for 7 years and have not been disappointed. I am just a simple guy and just need a simple seedbox, while they offer some amazing plans they still offer the best base package that still includes their great chat support! Send them a message and they will reach able to you, or via email. Their network thresholds are reasonable and prices are some of the best. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a full feature seedbox to the most barebones.

Wowed at the Customer Service

Wow, alright; RapidSeedBox has really blown me away from the getgo. Their interface is robust and their integrations are seemless; there are plenty of one click applications that you can install without the need for convoluted tutorials. Even with their great UX, it is great to know that there is an amazing customer service team on standby. In the (rare) event that installing something goes awry, their expansive help centre isn't clear enough or you need a question asked, you can simply connect to live chat and ask any questions. They are all in house and know everything you ever need related to seedboxes, from beginners to experts, the service is remarkable. There is nothing much to say, if you need a SeedBox, this won't just suffice, but will exceed your expectations as it did with mine.

Been a customer for 7 years.

Best seedbox for people on a budget, their support is great, but their boxes are so reliable you will hardly need them, however for those times you do, their engineers are awesome, Matt and Alin are amazing and get to the bottom of issues quickly. out of 5 i give them 10 because they are so awesome.

Very happy with support / Seedbox

I had just ordered a new seedbox, and soon realized I mistakenly ordered the wrong one. Contacted support and spoke to 'Dragan'. He was very helpful in getting everything fixed / sorted out! He explained everything in detail and I'm happy things are working great now.

Love the whole layout and the ability to easily get around for what I'm looking for. Coming from my old seedbox, this is sooo much better. Very pleased.

Had my seedbox for about half a month…

Had my seedbox for about half a month now, decided to upgrade. Finding the proper process was easy and it was completed quickly and smoothly. Very happy with the service on a technical and support standpoint.

The service is great, the support BETTER!!!

The service is great and the support is even better. Matthew is amazing, he went out of his way to help me and instruct me. He advise on different things I could do to optimize my system. I definitely recommend their service, I will continue to use and will recommend everyone.

Just purchased the wrong product an…

Just purchased the wrong product an hour ago and immediately went to chat for support. Still waiting for somebody to reply.
Says <15mins to reply but definitely not true.

Gonna leave it for a few hours but want this review up in case of issues later on.

Will update if I ever hear back from them

*UPDATE - got a response 3 hours later. There was a shift change - completely understandable tbh. Was fully refunded. 4 stars

*UPDATE 2 - Guys just spent well over an hour explaining info to me and was super patient with my endless questions - big thank you to Ronal. 5 stars

*UPDATE 3 - Product: ipv6 proxy. Unfortunately after a few days of testing the product isn't performing as well as I would have liked. Many failing to work and causing problems later on. 3stars only for ipv6.

I had a severe download and upload…

I had a severe download and upload issue so that even if i download at the private trackers from the new torrents, I could not catch other peers as my download speed is poor. Indeed, it was not so at the past. I have asked from Rapidseedbox to migrate me into another site or ip, they have made the action without waiting. I especially thank you for finding a permanent solution. I gave a 5 star to rapidseedbox as they take care of the problem in a good way and made it solved in an satisfactory way for the customer.

The customer support is amazing.

The customer support is amazing.
The company does a great job fixing any issue you have with the service. I have been using them 8 years now and would not go anywhere else. The service has gotten better and better over the years.

excellent service and attitude

After 2 hours I gave up. My pc is slow beyond frustration. I have been given great guidance by Mathew and have had many very helpful experiences with the RSB team. When I've cooled off i will try again. They have been extremely positive and helpful. I have been offered more hands on help from my CS rep. I will return to my device and continue the fight. They want their services to be used as we, the clients, want. Very recommended.

I LOVE your customer support

I LOVE your customer support, If I ever don't know anything or have problems, I send a question, and within a reasonable amount of time, someone friendly responds and helps me... I reach out to support about 4 times a year and every time I'm incredibly happy with the results.
