Jay provided me with the best customer…

Jay provided me with the best customer service I can recall in my entire life, instant speed, clear concise answers. I wasn't thinking about using IP royal again or even trying the chat button, but Jay has literally restored my faith. I had a bad proxy, he replaced it and let me know why the proxy was not working which made sense and I appreciate that.

I purchase static Ips and Scamanalytics fraud score was 40.I contacted on Iproyal portal , Chat agent "Jay" was very helpful.He changed my ips same time without asking any question.Only company in proxy world who have great support.

Great experience, Great Proxies

I have been using IP for a while now, I find their Proxies to be some of the best. One thing that I really find useful and love about them is that if there is an issue with a Proxy, you can contact someone thru support. This takes less than a minute, and there is generally a painless fix for most problems, like swapping out the Proxy. I was helped by Princess today, quick and helpful. Thank you!

Thier customer support are top notch…

Thier customer support are top notch and very patient. Ray one of the support team was really helpful he waited as I tried every proxy he gave to me and at the end I got the right one....Thanks to his patience and professionalism I am okay with the service again.

Static Residential Proxies - Support From Princess

i bought a Static Residential Proxies but the score was around 65 on ipqualityscore.com, So i contacted Princess, she was able to find me a proxy with a score of 0!!! , She is the best, and it will help me alot to run my Business page

they are scammers getting personal…

they are scammers getting personal information for no reason it's not a payment gateway and there are no payment transactions so why they are verification i don't know why. even Facebook don't ask for such verifications

Scammed/bad proxies

My static residential proxy went under maintenance 4 times within a month. I had to get it replaced all 4 times. After that, my proxy was no longer connected, and I contacted live chat. I asked for a replacement, and they said no. Ok, I asked for help on how to fix it. They didn't reply and another person was added to the live chat "Kevin" and the live chat was closed. The feature of live chat was also removed after that. I have no help and I can't get my proxy replaced. Thanks IPRoyal!
