After tested i figured it out that is not the service i wanted, but they immediately gave me the refund - I've had a great experience with the service and the staff was awesome

try elsewhere...

Agents offer non apologies. They also give mixed information - and their refund policy is very much not 'no questions asked' they ask you if you want a discount at the very least, and if you dont reply, they continue to bill you. This is assuming you even can reach them by email. I'm still fighting for my money back 5 months after

Give ALIN a RAISE!

Give Alin a raise. What a patient, well educated and most of all great asset to the team. I've never experienced in any live chat I've ever done with as much of a personality and fun individual behind a keyboard lol. Kudos to Alin - I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Absolutely remarkable service. Will definitely recommend this site to some friends only because of Alin. 2 years I use RSB support chat and I'm…

2 years I use RSB support chat and I'm always so satisfied ! This time, I was unable to recover my Plex account and content. Marko took control and figured it out. It was a harsh exercice but logging in with my google account both on local web app and remote Plex media server on my seedbox, through local browser was a sucess ! You thought Amazon was the best customers support ? Try Rapid Seedbox support team ! Brilliant.

RapidSeedbox delivers that "wow" factor!

I've been with Rapid Seedbox for the better part of a year. Throughout that year, I've not only enjoyed the service but I've learned SO much about Linux. Rapid Seedbox continues to be a well oiled machine in terms of delivery.

Let's put things into perspective... 9 months ago, I had never opened a terminal. Now, I'm mounting remote file systems with sshfs, creating service files, creating smb shares, working with encryption. All of that for a Plex server I maintain.

This is where parts get really juicy... I've historically used torrents and then I fell in love with usenet. (Shout-out nzbget, nzbgeek, and newshosting). Using NZBGet on my RapidSeedbox I achieved download speeds of 700mb/s+!!! That number is astronomical in comparison.

Hands down the best customer service…

Hands down the best customer service experience I have encountered among virtual private seed box servers.

I have had numerous issues of my own making which they have helped me solve many times.

Particularly a few double payments I have made with cryptocurrency they have been kind enough to credit my account those extra payments when asked!

Had some trouble with related configurations of settings outside normal support, and they took all the time needed to help me and fix the problem for me.

Not only that, I now understand what the problem was and where to look next time I have a similar issue!

Unbearable amount of spam

The seedbox itself works, but their email spam is beyond horrible. They're literally the only company I know doing it.

They send you lots of emails with the sender for example being "Dragan from RapidSeedbox". In the body of the email, the name of the sender is different (for example, it says "This is Alin from RapidSeedbox.com 👋"). The emails then say "I'm available to help you with any challenge you have using your service. Your satisfaction is our top priority". I asked them to stop spamming me and didn't receive any reply, and the spam continued.

Guess my satisfaction is not a priority at all.

Excellent Service But Bandwidth is Limited

Compared to Seedr.cc ( I have premium subscription in there also) rapidseedbox are far more better than the seedr but with few limitations. It has 500+GB Storage space, but bandwidth is limited 2TB. So if you are a heavy user, better go for high plans. I'm talking about only base plan (12$/PM) and I got the discount, I got struck with refund bcz of Bitpay site. But rapid support staff ("MARKO"), he helped with this issue and resolved. For late refund he offered seedbox plan at the best rates. Thank you MARKO, bcz of you rapidseedbox surviving. If you are not there means, I can't imagine.

Customer service is what it's all about!

Customer service is what it's all about, especially in today's world. The people at RSB make ALL the difference. First of all, their product is EXCELLENT. Super fast, and reliable. Secondly, I've contacted the support team for a few things and they've always responded quickly, taken the time to explain things, and have resolved any of my questions quickly, professionally, AND with a sense of humor, which is really, really nice!

Their pricing is good, and the value is five stars all around! Thanks again!

Awesome Experience both with the seedbox and their support

I was running into some issues with my radarr docker container not connecting to my seedbox. I contacted RadpidSeedbox support and they were able to look at logs on their end and help me figure out that I was using both an incorrect password. Something so simple but I over looked it. They were courteous and very professional. Thank you!

Never buy a proxy from this company

Never buy a proxy from this company, they are terrible.
I know proxies very well and I have had to pay a total of them in about ten different companies but they are the worst I have ever seen.
They work once in 2, and above all the promised 50 threads are not there, they alternate between 20 and 40.
I was also fooled into thinking that I was entitled to a 14 day trial but their FAQ seems to be poorly written because that is not the case.
Don't buy!

My adventure continues!

Their tech support are the real stars of the show. My seedbox is now fully set up to all of my needs exactly, and I have written a bunch of custom software and code to tightly integrate it into my network of apps.
Not only am I completely satisfied with everything about this service, I'm very much considering upgrading to one of their Virtual Private Servers at some point in the future.
If you like to watch less than legal movies, tv, play games, music... you get the idea, this service is awesome and they will go above and beyond to meet even the strangest of requests.

Great service

Great service, very responsive customer service, who go above and beyond to help you out with your needs. Highly recommend, I have tested other seedboxes, so far rapid seed box is my fav.

Marko is your guy if you have issues and you need someone to help you out.

Edit: The seedbox ended up not coping with streaming 4k content. If this is what you are looking for, than look at other providers.

Tech support chat fixed my screw up FAST...

Ronal in tech support gave me all the time needed and answered every question I had. Fixed my screw up and walked me through process. I have been a customer for over 7 years now, all because of the rock solid service year after year. I am trusting I'll be with RapidSeedBox for another 7 years and more.

Came for a 1, left with a 10…

Customer for 7 years. I contacted customer service for a simple consultation about charge and some long due service doubts, came out with a brand new service recommendation, I was answered all my doubts with no rush and helped through the migration. Fast, direct, friendly. Simply PERFECT. And with 7 years as a customer no need to add that I am plenty satisfied with the product.

Six Years and Still Loving RapidSeedbox!

I've been with RapidSeedbox for 6 years and I can't say enough good things about them. The service is rock solid and super fast.

But what really stands out is their support. These guys get back to you so fast. Anytime I've had an issue or question, they've sorted it out in no time.

If you're looking for a seedbox, don't hesitate. I can't recommend RapidSeedbox enough. I'm a super happy customer and plan to stay one for years to come!

Learned something new today...

Once submitting my question I received an instant reply as to what things to try that may fix my issue, but to no avail. I was told it could take up to 20 minutes for someone to reply and Mwangi relied within that time frame.

He investigated what could be my cause and gave me suggestions as to what I needed to do to rectify my situation. I even learned something new about my seedbox. Mwangi did a great job and communicated clearly and in terms that anyone could understand. Great job team.

Simply the best budget box.

One of the best budget seedboxes out there! I've tried both the Swift and Supreme boxes that are sold under the lean segment (budget conscious).
I've seen incredibly good speeds peaking at 150-160MB/s sometimes and it's been overall very stable.

They also have a extremely helpful and friendly Support.

I'd like to give a special thanks to Ognjen and Matthew that have been reaching out to check up and see that everything is fine and to see if I had any questions or needed help with my services.
I've never had that experience with any provider previously.
