My email provider deleted my email and they helped me change it. Also helped me with BTC payments that, although confirmed on the blockchain, didn't authorize the transaction on their website. They can help with seedbox issues too. Their support is so good I wish every single online service would be like this, it is worth for the support alone.

Got a 10gb seedbox...the speeds feel closer to 1gb speeds considering I've never hit over 100mb downloads on torrents in total, but for the price it's still cheaper than the competitor's 1gb pipe seedboxes. On top of that, this is one of the few companies that actually respond within minutes to support issues and know what they're talking about. For that alone, I'll be sticking with this company, it's refreshing to see.

For what it's worth, the guy didn't ask me to include his name in this review but Ronal was a big help.

Mike went way out of his way and beyond the call of duty in terms of effort, patience and the amount of time he spent solving my issue. I honestly think if he hadn't been able to help me I would have had to find another seedbox provider who could give me the support I needed--but thanks to Mike--very happy ending and I am delighted by the help I got and delighted to remain a loyal customer. i notice my box was running terribly, high cpu and throttled speeds. went to support and WON THE LOTTERY of support people: Ronal! not only did Ronal target the problem fast, he tuned some of the processes to get the whole system running faster than before! I will look back on this fondly, because i doubt i will every get this level of professionalism on my little problems ever again.

I've been using RSB for almost 5 years now and have literally no complaints. Any issues I've had, which were few, were swiftly resolved via online chat. Even when the issue was fully handled, I still received a follow up email checking in. The pricing has remained reasonable even with occasional upgrades on a more mid tier subscription. Even though I'm nowhere near the high end of their use cases, I have always been treated like a top tier customer. Their hardware is excellent with no noticeable downtime or loss of data.

Rapid seedbox is an excellent platform for new users to get into the space. There are many videos and guides, not to mention one click apps that can reduce how tedious installations are. The customer support is great as well. I had an issue that i spent hours on and customer support was able to help answer my questions and correct my issues.

I had a technical challenge but not a show stopper. Despite the chat stating there will be human support on Monday, I immediately got a response from an employee on Saturday who went all the way to help me out. He communicated professionally and certainly showed technical skills. Although the issue at hand was not solved per se, he tried all he could and did not want to leave me hanging. Lightning fast service, lightning fast internet speed, lightning fast storage space. What more could you need? You can even access your downloads over HTTPS if you don't have access to FTP. I set up my Emby server through them and I've never had faster video streaming, even through big box streaming services. Highly recommended.
