Excellent customer service, support and stability.

I've been familiar with these types companies for some time, and after doing my research, I chose Ultra.cc. It's been a great decision, as their robust stability, user-friendly interface, and excellent documentation have been invaluable to me. Recently, I upgraded my service with minimal downtime. The value for this service is excellent, and I get substantial use out of all its features. There's plenty to tinker with, and the Discord community is very active and helpful.

Ultra.cc is the industry standard

I've been using Ultra for a few years now. It has always worked great, staff is extremely responsive & kind.
Support tickets get handled well and for quick help the Discord has a chill community to get advice from too.

Customer since 2019 and beyond!

I Have been with them since 2019 and they have some of the best Customer Support around. I have tried other companies but none of them were as responsive as Ultra. I recently asked to upgrade my SeedBox (SB) to a higher tier and everything was extremely easy and fast. I was even able to continue to use the SB while they migrated everything from my previous SB. I really do recommend them not only because of Customer Support but also their prices are very fair and competitive. I will continue my relationship with them for the foreseeable future!

Great customer support

Great customer support. Had an issue where I'd signed up for two different seedboxes in the same month, but cancelled one and had it deactivated a couple weeks before getting a slightly pricier one with Plex support, and the new server deployed incorrectly. I had confused the system at every turn, even accidentally giving my new server the same name as the cancelled one - so I figured this would be a more complicated situation that would take a day or two to figure out, based on the standard speed of average CS. They manually fixed it within just a few minutes after I sent my message, and were extremely friendly compared to your average CS rep. The product is working perfectly so far. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a seedbox

Fantastic Company

Fantastic Company, I did a ton of research before going with Ultra. They seemed a popular choice on reddit, the prices was very good. Then I had a couple questions, they responded very polite within 1-2 hours, even replied on a sunday. The support is incredible. Highly recommended

Exceptional C/S

Had a problem with billing, emailed them expecting it to take a day or two and had an answer and resolution within 2 hours! Never had any problem with my servers and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

Amazing experience

Amazing experience, great service, fast and over the top assistance.
They even helped me recovering my data from my old provider !
The performances are great, speed, availability, and at a very reasonable price.
There are a lot of possibilities, and I think I haven't discovered everything yet.
I'm very, very satisfied !

Perfection Customer Service

Numerous contact made with customer services, always been a fast reply even though the ticket was always marked as low priority, very cheap service and speed is 100% spot on

5 stars but there was a problem I ran into

Even though I am giving 5 stars. Customer service for tickets is great when migration.

But to be transparent I had a problem.

After upgrading a service my upload speeds were crazy slow for about 2 days. I opened up a ticket was told I to put it short was blamed for something that to me did not seem true. Anyway the problem was solved on its own the next day without changes on my part (Meaning I was in the right).

Fantastic Customer Service

The service itself meets all my needs, but more importantly the customer service speed and knowledge to solve my issues promptly is without parallel. Could not be more pleased with them and recommend without any reservation.
