Backed by Dragan who really adds value and gives a new meaning to client service, this by far are the best service and top-notch seedbox servers that I have ever come across. I have never encountered any issues with uptime, availability, and support. Be it a billing query, upgrading services, asking for more or way to move files, backup data across multiple servers Dragan by far is the best known professional I have come across. I thank him again for his support and sure will be a customer who will be with them for eternity. It means a lot to me as I enjoy seeding and exploring the www.

Milan was entirely above amazing! I reopened my account on March 15th, and was having some issues gettin the OpenVPN working. He stayed with me all the way until today until we got it working. I can assure you it didn't take that long for him to fix the issue its just that I was me who couldn't follow directions, but he stayed with me and was patient the entire time. Most people would have given up on me days ago. His service and patience are well above even the highest levels of customer service! He is truly an asset to your organization! I was a General Manager of a company for over 20 years and you cannot be successful without good team members and he is the best I have experienced in a very long time if ever. Please pass my thanks to him once again for his superior level of professionalism. I am a customer for life thanks ti Milan.

I've had RapidSeedBox over 4 years. I recently ran into an issue accessing my ruTorrent. I used the Intercom Applet (lower right area of page - a chat box) to ask a question. It only took a few minutes before a real person responded. They understood my questions and were able to help me. I was able to access my ruTorrent again in minutes, rather than waiting for days for an email response. Outstanding service!

When the service works, it's really good. There are issues in the US with server stability and Filezilla. Customer service is decent, depending on who you're being assisted by. Most of the staff is pretty good, even if you have to "push" them a little to get desired results. All in all, not bad for the price and what you get with it.

My experience with RapidSeedbox has been completely satisfying, with any problems promptly attended to and rectified in a timely manner.

The recent migration to a new server was faultless, with me having to do nothing but change the IP addresses for my seedbox and web interfaces.
