I got THE best customer service today from Matthew at RapidSeed who helped me from 'woe to go' plus the instructions in case I need them (am a pc ‘dummy’) So it was a case of in and out with the greatest of eaze and a dollop of joy in my heart as these things can be an ordeal for me but not with RapidSeed team. Thanks so much Matt. You ROCK!!

I attempted all of the troubleshooting steps I could find and was still unable to resolve my issue. I reached out to customer support through their chat and Ronal was very quick to reply and resolve my issue in minutes. Wonderful customer support experience.

As far as know, this is the most interesting seedbox, great support via chat, always kind and good IT support experience. Cheap service and also good.
Out of the box comes with everything there is no excuse to not try their services.

Recently changed my service from supreme to lean and it happened without a hitch, thanks to their help. I'm also quite new with seedboxes but so far, it's been worry-free because of the help articles provided.

I have been Rapidseedbox client for a bit more than 3 years. The service is very reliable; in this time, there was just one disruption of the service that I encountered, and it was resolved very quickly.
I always think that a service is only as good as they deal with problems, and the support has always been friendly and very helpful. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I didn't know what a seedbox was, but this website made it very easy for me to understand and use it. It's amazing for the price, for someone with a bad upload speed it's basically a necessity. RapidSeedBox is a great website and I'm sad that I didn't find it sooner tbh

I'm just starting my journey with RapidSeedbox, but I have nothing but good things to say. I'm an advanced user, I like to tinker around with terminal and software and tune it to my exact needs, as such, I need to be able to break things, and as such, I came prepared with annoying questions. Matthew, who not only helped me make my purchase decision, answered my questions with the answers I wanted, but he actually helped me understand what else I need to break! I know it sounds stupid that I say break, but that's software to you. Things aren't going to go well at first; they're going to take multiple tries, but having the freedom to try and figure things out is what I want and need.
The price also seems very fair and very reasonable, I'll update my review in the future once I have played around more and I stopped crying due to me annoying myself to do things the hard way to gain a 2% better experience, even tho it's really not needed, but that's just me

I use my Samsung smart tv to watch the content from my rapdiseedbox plex media server. Suddenly somehow the plex.rapidseedbox option in my samsung plex tv app went missing. I tried to reconfigure settings myself but was unable to achieve any resolution. I contacted tech support and explained my problem, and even though third party apps are not technically supported, they researched a solution and walked me through it. I was able to get access to my plex content again on my samsung tv (and was no longer having to go to my computer and the rapidseedbox webpage to "throw" my content up to the tv, which is clugey. So, now I have the fix, which was to allow unsecure connections, and now I am back in business. Rapidseedbox support stuck with me throughout even though they did not have to, and got me up and running again.

I've been using seedbox for months and I've confirmed that this service is extremely reliable, stable and fast. And customer service is very very friendly. I converted my monthly contract into an annual contract, and I signed one additional seedbox.

Overall great experience with RSB.
Some SLIGHT limitations, however, can be overcome with a little bit of prior knowledge of Linux and how OpenVZ works and splits down the VPS servers.
Partway through my subscription, (been with RSB on and off for 2 years, 8 months in current term), RSB closed access to SSH sessions, supposedly due to security issues. They advised (via email) that I could still use SSH, but not login to the box 'root' account, but use the standard 'user' account instead and use the SU command to authenticate superuser access.
So had to make a separate password for my root and user accounts.
Great speeds, Fast seeding, I just wish I could upgrade to unlimited traffic because I'm often going over the 25TB limit and getting additional charges added for extra traffic, which I'm sure is just another money-making ploy as traffic very rarely tends to be restricted in datacentres! Not in the ones I've worked in anyhows!!

The Customer Service is phenomenal. I've used popular advertised services mentioned over Reddit and moved over here after noticing they really do provide stellar support.
Would highly recommend using their services. Performance is great, price is competitive, and you really feel like you're working with a team of professionals who really care. Try talking with the support from here and compare it to popular competitors and you'll notice the difference right away.

Got a seedbox, the website says unlimited data. However quickly found out that yes it is unlimited.... But the speed is capped very quickly after puchase (5 days in my case)
