Winning the K5 - Future Retail Award for Best Customer Communication? That was great. But even greater was Henning Heesen’s idea to donate 1.000 EUR of his own money in the name of each category winner for a good cause, sharing some success with people in need. Many people reading this will probably, hopefully, consider themselves lucky to be born in a country that creates fair opportunities for a good life. A tough reality is that many are not. The challenges they face are far more serious. We might not be able to change this overnight, but we can help. It is a journey, and every small step is still a move forward. We’ve chosen the AMANI e.V. Kindergarten project to receive this donation. This Tanzania-based non-profit focuses on providing access to education, and a fair chance, for socially disadvantaged children in the region. This project was founded by Annette Fehrenbach, one of our former employees. We are very happy for this award to be a springboard to creating more awareness for this amazing project. We are proud to say that parcelLab has doubled the donation and our investors Capnamic, Endeit Capital and coparion all chimed in with 1.000 EUR each on top. Small but important steps to making this world a better one 🫶
