How do you respond to negative online reviews?
In my experience, negative reviews are an opportunity for your team & company to learn more from your consumer. Optimally, you have the opportunity to privately reach out to the consumer & learn more about what drove them to write the review & then address their concerns & resolve the issue with them 1st. Then you can go back to the review & publicly clarify any points that may not be accurate or could be misleading to future consumers. The most important part is to be humble & respectful of the consumer who left the review.

How do you match your business model to your digital customers?
From my perspective one of the most critical steps for any company is to ensure they deeply understand who their consumer, what challenges they face and what solutions they may have considered in the past and why those have not worked. This may sound relatively intuitive but many companies may only use data from their site, 10k reports etc. but what they are missing is the depth of response you can garner from focus groups. I am a big advocate of utilizing a variety of data points so you can successfully create a wholistic view of your consumer so you can in turn deliver a true product market fit.
