Venue Request Form

Stanford GSB venue requests will be added to our waitlist pending availability and cannot be confirmed until all class schedules and GSB events for the academic quarter are committed. Confirmation timelines vary depending on several factors. We try our best to confirm requests as far in advance as possible, but we cannot guarantee a timeline. If you are added to our waiting list, but secure space at another location, please let us know so we can remove you from our list.

Stanford GSB Students

Use MARRS to reserve a room for an event or meeting.

For larger events with 80 or more people, contact the Office of Student Life for help reserving a space.

Outside Organizations, Unaffiliated with Stanford

Outside organizations may contribute to events on campus under certain conditions by working with a Stanford event organizer.
