    This job fair season, we had a chance to join the event at Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU / APIIT) in Kuala Lumpur, participating in the largest university-organized career fair in the nation! It was the second job fair in Malaysia that Sollers took part in, and what a day it was! With 14,000 local and international students from 134+ countries, the event was a vibrant melting pot of talent and diversity. It was a pleasure to engage with so many bright minds and have meaningful conversations about #CareerOpportunities and future aspirations. Thank you to APU for hosting such a well-organized and impactful event. We're excited about the future and the potential collaborations that lie ahead. 🚀

    Remember our post about the Treadmill Challenge in Cologne from a few months ago? Well, the results are in! 🚀 We collectively ran the distance from Cologne to Warsaw – a whopping 1087 km! 2/3 of all Sollers in our Cologne office participated, showing incredible dedication and team spirit. 🏅 Special shoutout to our top runner, Moritz, who clocked an amazing 27.27 km in a single day! Well, this challenge proved that teamwork really does make the dream work. On top of reaching their goal, Cologne office also surely improved their stamina! A huge thank you to everyone who participated and supported along the way!

    There is a tradition in our company that we plan almost a year in advance, and it is not a sophisticated business transformation in the #insuranceindustry 😏      🍇 Wine Tasting – a special occasion for spending time with our customers, partners, and friends, accompanied by the very best wines! The idea for this event came directly from our founders, Marcin Pluta and Michal Trochimczuk 13 years ago.   Every year, Michał and Marcin taste local wines during their business travels as it is their passion. Based on these experiences, they select a shortlist of wineries to choose from and propose to our Wine Tasting guests. They are very picky in this selection process!   This year, Marcin and Michał chose Waterford Estate, which they visited during a trip to South Africa. They appreciated not only the local use of sustainable viticultural methods and care for the environment but, above all, they enjoyed the wine – the complexity of flavors, the harmony between aromas and palate, and the balance between its essential components.   At Waterford, the wines are made under the direction of Master Winemaker Mark Le Roux. Each bottle captures the spirit of the Stellenbosch region, renowned for its viticulture, beautiful nature, and Mediterranean climate.   We are looking forward to this year’s meetings with our customers in Cologne, Paris, London, Warsaw, and, for the first time, Tokyo and Helsinki.

    How do you know if a company is truly #inclusive? And not just advertising it because it looks good on social media, especially during #PrideMonth? 🌈 You don't know. You can never be sure.     A few more words about #DEI. People spend an average of 40 hours ⌚ a week at work. Whether they like it or not, they come into contact with people outside their bubble.  Friendships, or bubbles, are dominated by people of the same race, psychosexual orientation or background. Research 📊 shows that people form friendship networks based on similarities. For example: if you are a white, heterosexual person, born in country X, living in a big city, with a university degree and children, most probably the majority of your friends will be white, heterosexual people, born in country X, living in a big city, with children. But the work environment is different. Sometimes the workplace is the first place we have the opportunity to experience and talk about diversity, equality and inclusion. Each of us is responsible for how others feel at work; it is not something that rests solely on the shoulders of HR departments or managers. Let's respect the DEI requirements, let's value colleagues no matter what country they come from, let's celebrate diversity and let's admire all the colours of the rainbow 🌈 For we are so beautifully different. #PrideMonth #Diversity #Equality #Inclusion

    When choosing locations for our offices, we place great emphasis on the accessibility of the site. The proximity to public transport means that Sollers can be reached by bus, tram, train and metro. Being in the city centre, as opposed to the outskirts, makes it possible to commute by bike or scooter.   So when we had to move in #Cracow – our local community of 4️⃣4️⃣ Sollers outgrew the office we were using – we decided to open a branch in the Browar Lubicz complex: 3 minutes from the main railway station, 800 metres from the Main Square.     An entire floor of one of the carefully restored historic buildings of the former brewery has been our Cracow base since May. Although the walls remember the 19th century, the infrastructure is thoroughly modern:     - 90 desks for current and future Sollers   - 6 conference rooms   - acoustic booths   - a mobile wall system to create an event and workshop space for 80 people   - friendly open spaces, large windows and lots of greenery   - cycle parking and facilities for cyclists (changing rooms, showers, lockers)   - gym equipped with bars, ladders, dumbbells and yoga accessories   - collaboration/chill out area   We believe that the space we spend time in has a real impact on our wellbeing. That's why we try to make Sollers offices as pleasant as possible to work in.   PS. We started in Cracow 🐉 in 2022 with 7 Sollers. If this is not #teamgrowth, then what is?🚀
