At some point before the 23rd century, the Progenitors established a base on the moon of Landau VII. (ST video game: Trexels mission: "Ancient Echoes")
On stardate 7###.8 (2270), the Krill targeted the Federation starship USS Valiant with extreme prejudice to prevent them from learning more about the Progenitors. (ST video game: Trexels intro)
