Felix was patient and helpful!

I had an issue finding where to use my KEY for the EaseUS Partition Master. I reached out and Felix was able to direct me. When I had tried clicking the Activate button before all I saw was the 3 purchase options... I never noticed the thin bar below because it blends (and didn't stand out). However, Felix advised me what steps to take and I found where I could insert my KEY, so now I can use both the programs I purchased (EaseUS Partition Master & EaseUS Video Download - Windows). Thank you very much Felix.

Satisfied with real-time, kind support of support engineering team!

The Support engineer gave me all the possible way to get a license key for RecExpert app, but due to some issues on my card(decline payment request on my bank side).
However, overall supports are really excellent.
I am highly recommending easeUS platform and their products to the others.
Best support with best quality product!!!

Partion Change from NTFS to FAT32

I had an issue trying to use partion change from NTFS to FAT32. The option was not available. Your online service provider, Warren, provide me with excellent support and was able to resolve my proplem. He was very courteous and supportive. I highly recommend him for his support and client service. This product is excellent and I wil be recommended it to others I speak with. Thank you Warren. Steve R.

Brillant software and terrific support!

The myriad of extremely useful and often invaluable utilities offered by EaseUS has now been matched by its support team.
I had an issue in reactivating my licence for ToDo Home (backup & cloning) after a substantial product update so contacted Support for its advice and assistance.
Cary, from EaseUS Support, replied to my email very quickly and provided an immediate solution to my problem. A most impressive response from Cary & EaseUS as I needed to complete my backups for peace of mind.
I must also praise EaseUS for its software, Partition Master Pro, which repaired a corrupted Windows 11 M.2 ssd drive which would not boot.
Awesome products!

Webber was very helpful when I was inquiring about the license code. He verified my code and had it reset. Excellence in customer service with Mr. Webber!
Now I am continuing to enjoy the EaseUS software programs!

I was at sea as to how to operate some…

I was at sea as to how to operate some software I just purchased from the company EaseUS and availed myself of their Chat option. I got direct, courteous help from CLAIRE at the other end. She (I presume that's a lady) was prompt and seemed to recognize my purchase after furnishing her with only my name and email. It was a painless process and of great help!
ADDITION: I still had a couple of misunderstandings that required clearing up and once more turned to the EaseUs 'Chat' feature. On this occasion I was connected with WEBBER. Every bit as helpful! Very grateful to CLAIRE yesterday, and to WEBBER today (the latter working on a holiday to boot!)

I bought a lifetime key for EaseUS…

I bought a lifetime key for EaseUS Partition Master Server a while back and wanted to see if I could get an upgrade (7 years later) and when I used the CHAT function, Richard was OUTSTANDING. He confirmed the key and sent me the link to download. I've never had an easier time!

Frankk was helpful and fast to reply. The service and product offered are really good.
I was unable to find all the original folders from my ssd card, where I kept the data organized, but I was able to recover the data.
A small percentage of data was lost (card probably damaged), images and 1 pdf so far, but the thumbnails were available.
Overall it is a good product and I am satisfied. I didn't know I could disconnect the device and retrieve the last scan. :)

Knowledgeable & Quick

I had several questions about the software and where I could find more information about specific things. Izzy (the Support Engineer) was very kind, knowledgeable, and quick to answer my questions.

I did not feel rushed which was also nice.

Just saying.... they did a good job.... thanks again for the help Izzy.

Jesse persisted until a solution...

Jesse stuck with it and found a solution to a difficult problem where an older lifetime license version was messed up, possibly by the latest version.

Not the first contact to tackle the problem, but Jesse made sure it got solved and I am totally pleased. My new machine is now a happy camper with EaseUS Todo Backup.

Kudo's to Jesse!! Great job.

Quinn Lee is awful

Some jerkface named Quinn Lee was the rudest representative I ever talked too. I politely requested a refund, giving rationale for why I meet the criteria for it, and he promptly denied me. He offered an extension of a product I told him numerous times did not work. So 1, the product did not work, and 2, their joke of a customer support team is run by this jerkface nobody who makes it look like a scam
