This company does its best to correct what is wrong
Especially, Aimee
I repurchased the product because of Aimee's kindness

Instead of answering using a macro, she looked directly at my inquiry and replied to me

The processing of the inquiry was resolved as soon as possible

I want to give you more compliments, but I have to go play LOL now, so I'll stop here

I'm a first time user of the App and…

I'm a first time user of the App and had some trouble to pass the WhatsApp Business info to my new phone. Thankfully Aimee was quite helpful and was able to send the solution in just a few hours. Highly recommend iMyFone!

Company that actually cares!

June-D with customer service was super helpful answering some questions I had regarding the app & privacy. Quick to respond & excellent English. Also this is the only App that actually works at location changing. Super impressed!

Think I've been scammed.

I paid for magicmic and was signed into the app with my account as normal with features unlocked, and then in about 10 minutes I was signed out and now unable to sign back in. It keeps saying incorrect details, even though I tried the original password imyfone provides and the one I changed it too. I even changed it again.

I waited 24 hours for them to get back to me via email support and nothing..


EDIT:

I found a bug with their product. It let my type a long one on via their website/password forget tool.

But it doesn't work on the app if you go beyond 16 character, I had to change my password again to a shorter one and it let me log into the app...

I was trying to figure a charge on my bank account and I misunderstood what it was for. The lady that emailed me back and promptly I might add explaining what it was for and clearly and then I realized my misunderstanding. The gal was very nice and understood where I was coming from. I apologized for my misunderstanding and she was just so understanding and helpful.

I am blaming old age (74) for making this mess!

I bought the app using one of my email accounts, but setup the account with my other email address. Old age is not fun!! I had a several hour online chat with two different people over two days and couldn't resolve the issue, so I emailed the Support Team, and Miko did some fixing on his/her (sorry, didn't know whether you are a lady or a gentleman) end and advised me how to fix things on my end, and then the problem was solved. I currently have the app running trying to find my forgotten password.

UPDATE - password extracted and file opened.
