Excellent Data Recovery Tool with Exceptional Customer Support

I recently used EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Pro and was thoroughly impressed with its performance and ease of use. The software efficiently recovered my lost files, including important documents and cherished photos, within minutes. The user interface is intuitive, making it easy even for non-technical users to navigate and utilize the tool effectively.

I bought a lifetime key for EaseUS…

I bought a lifetime key for EaseUS Partition Master Server a while back and wanted to see if I could get an upgrade (7 years later) and when I used the CHAT function, Richard was OUTSTANDING. He confirmed the key and sent me the link to download. I've never had an easier time!

Webber was very helpful when I was…

Webber was very helpful when I was inquiring about the license code. He verified my code and had it reset. Excellence in customer service with Mr. Webber!

EaseUs is using false advertising

EaseUs is false advertising with regards to EaseUS DupFiles Cleaner. On their website, it clearly states that the app is supporting the finding and removing of duplicate files/photos.

I contacted them through their chat and told them that I downloaded their product but it doesn't seem to find any duplicate files/photos in my One Drive cloud storage. They then told me that their app is not supporting cloud storage. I told them that they are however advertising this and that I want them to remove this from their website as it is misleading potential customers. Unfortunately that has not happened until today as it is still advertised on their website (1 week later).

This part is my reply to the reply of EaseUS as I could not find another way to reply to them.

Firstly, I am unable to provide you with the website link as it is not possible via trustpilot.
Secondly, I don't really understand your request as I thought it is YOUR website that needs changing, but maybe there is something that I don't quite understand.

The website that needs correcting is under toolbox.easus plus dot com and the product is dupfiles-cleaner. I hope this helps you to find the page that needs correction

Knowledgeable & Quick

I had several questions about the software and where I could find more information about specific things. Izzy (the Support Engineer) was very kind, knowledgeable, and quick to answer my questions.

I did not feel rushed which was also nice.

Frankk was helpful and fast to reply. The service and product offered are really good.
I was unable to find all the original folders from my ssd card, where I kept the data organized, but I was able to recover the data.
A small percentage of data was lost (card probably damaged), images and 1 pdf so far, but the thumbnails were available.
Overall it is a good product and I am satisfied. I didn't know I could disconnect the device and retrieve the last scan. :)

Into desaster with EaseUS Todo PCTrans Professional

EaseUS Todo PCTrans Professional: the license costs for one month > 50 €.
A brand-new PC which I would have loved to get instantaneously the same configuration that my old PC has. Unfortunately, there were several things that worked not well. From the desktop and its settings (contrarily to the promises) to quite a lot of programs not working. Most important, the security suite did not work, even after an uninstall and reinstall approach. Several attempts to repair did not show any success.
I now will continue with a very lengthy reset of Windows, followed by manual installations of the programs that should have worked according to the promises but failed to do so. The user interface is quite nice, but does it help if the functionality leads to a disaster? Good luck with Todo PCTrans!

Jesse persisted until a solution...

Jesse stuck with it and found a solution to a difficult problem where an older lifetime license version was messed up, possibly by the latest version.

Not the first contact to tackle the problem, but Jesse made sure it got solved and I am totally pleased. My new machine is now a happy camper with EaseUS Todo Backup.

One aspect of EaseUS Data Recovery…

One aspect of EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard that I found to be somewhat challenging was the pricing. While the software offers a free version with limited data recovery capabilities, the full version can be quite expensive for some users. Additionally, the pricing structure can be a bit confusing, with different pricing tiers and options to consider.

Another potential drawback is that the scanning process can be time-consuming, especially when dealing with a large amount of data or a slow computer. This may require some patience on the part of the user, especially if they are in a hurry to recover their lost files.

Despite these minor drawbacks, I still believe that EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard is a reliable and effective solution for data recovery and would recommend it to others facing similar issues.
