HBO-I India Tour organized a proactive interactive session between delegates from Netherlands universities and ICT thought leaders in Bangalore. [1] 50 representatives from ICT studies and professional research programs in the Netherlands interacted with major IT/ICT companies in Bangalore. [2] The session provided a platform for the Dutch delegates to network and learn from dignitaries in the Indian IT/ICT sector. [3] The goal was to facilitate engagement and seed opportunities between the Netherlands and Indian IT industries.

A 2007 report on digital literacy in BC First Nations communities found that a holistic, community-based approach focused on learner needs is key. The report concluded that defining literacy for each community and taking a learner-centered approach helps First Nations adults succeed with technology skills.
