Managers' performance reviews of employees are often unreliable and biased. Unconscious biases can account for 61% of a performance rating reflecting the manager, not the employee. (Note: Sociologists generally agree that there are 7 “areas of society” which are business, government, media, arts and entertainment, education, the family, and entertainment.)
