💧 News Alert // Top Companies in Water There are reports, per Bloomberg, that leading water firms Xylem and Veralto are eyeing DuPont Water Solutions to tie the knot through a potential acquisition. This news comes shortly after Reese Tisdale discussed DuPont's plans to spinout its water business with David McGimpsey on The Water Values Podcast (June 18 episode - "Reimagining Desalination with OceanWell's Jonathon Haswell"). 2wVeralto would be much more enticed to see this deal go their way, and probably willing to be more creative and/or aggressive with its offering than Xylem. Although, there could be a dark horse in the race as well.... (with a white knight riding it? 😉 )
