Our development team recently visited our Bluebird solar project in Kentucky. This offsite supports our cross-functional efforts between the development and construction teams. ⚙️ The visit provided an opportunity to share insights, allowing us to plan projects for more efficient construction starting from the early development stages. She and the Human Resources team facilitate cultural alignment with the company’s purpose of rethinking energy to enable a cleaner future. Alex and her team are busy growing the region’s employee footprint, while creating an environment where employees can thrive professionally. Alex is a Spanish-speaker with 20+ years of HR experience in organizations big and small. She has refined her “no-nonsense approach” to HR, particularly in the areas of conflict resolution, workplace investigations, employment law compliance, HR systems/process gap analysis, and performance management.
