At WHU, we pride ourselves on being THE university for aspiring entrepreneurs and tomorrow's leaders in the business world. Our graduates have built successful startups, scaled businesses, and left a lasting impact in their industries.
However, one crucial aspect we feel is often overlooked in our mindset is sustainability, because it often looks like sustainability and profitability are mutually exclusive.
At our new student-led initiative, we want to shed light on this topic…At WHU, we pride ourselves on being THE university for aspiring entrepreneurs and tomorrow's leaders in the business world. Our graduates have built successful startups, scaled businesses, and left a lasting impact in their industries.
However, one crucial aspect we feel is often overlooked in our mindset is sustainability, because it often looks like sustainability and profitability are mutually exclusive.
At our new student-led initiative, we want to shed light on this topic from multiple viewpoints and discover if we, as future leaders, can combine both aspects. We therefore invite thought-leaders and experts on a regular base to initiate an exchange between them and our students. -

1st place in the Future Leaders Fundraising Challenge
WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management
The FLFC is an immersive week that kicks off the MBA at WHU. Each day the teams were confronted with a new challenge and had to apply the deliverables for generating funds for the charity "Save the Children".
Among 22 teams our team won the overall challenge by raising more than 22.000€ of the overall 71.000€ raised, generating the biggest donation since the start of the competition in 2016. -
