🚀 Let’s Go - Year 3️⃣ #SheTransformsIT But wait…how did I get here? In late 2020 #SheTransformsIT had its official launch at Germany’s #DigitalGipfel to raise awareness around the meager 17% of #womenintech in #germany. The campaign was a hit and led to the establishment of the shared #SheTransformsIT office between BDI - Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie e.V. & Bitkom. At the start of 2022, I moved to #Berlin to open the #She office together with Kim Klebolte. Our first year was filled with online events, round tables, steering & advisory board meetings, heaps of #networking, loads of brainstorming and a pinch of trial and error.
