Still hot 🔥 on the heels of our annual conference last month, we’ve had so much great feedback about our service project that wrapped up and closed the conference with a bang 💥! All attendees and staff members filled backpacks 🎒 with essential resources for local schools and children in the New Orleans area, which were then distributed by NetWork Volunteers. We are excited to advance GMAC’s commitment to sustainable development with this new Annual Conference tradition to give back to the local area wherever we operate--whether it’s stuffing backpacks in New Orleans, or planting 🌱 and harvesting crops at JK Community Farm 👩🌾 near our Reston office to benefit local food pantries. What does your school do to give back to your local community? Let us know below! 👇 #GMAC #GME #HigherEducation #Community #GMAC2024

Following last week’s publication of the 2024 Corporate Recruiters Survey, members of our research and product teams traveled to Portland, Oregon, for the Career Services & Employer Alliance & Employer Alliance (CSEA) global conference to present not once, but twice (!) on the findings from the survey. The sessions spotlighted the latest trends in #GME skills, hiring, compensation, and overall employer perceptions of business school. Attendees gained insights into how career services professionals can better develop their students' capabilities amid new advances in technologies such as #AI and employers' persistent macroeconomic concerns about inflation and recession risk. In addition, our team shared updates about the latest edition of the #GMAT exam as admissions and career services offices increasingly collaborate on building successful classes, including discussions about what tools and information should be shared with GME recruiters and career services officers to help increase the rate of successful employment matches. Thank you to CSEA for a fantastic #CSEAGlobal conference, and congratulations to our team, Andrew Walker, Neil Stenhouse, and Anjali McKenzie for leading these enlightening sessions! Check out the Corporate Recruiters Survey so you, too, can dive into these findings! https://bit.ly/3viLZWE #GMAC2024 #HigherEducation #Recruiting
