A huge congratulations on an extraordinary outcome for Chemist Warehouse with the successful go-live of their SAP SuccessFactors Solution. EPI-USE APJ have been partnering with Chemist Warehouse as they embark on their journey of #HR Cloud Transformation and are excited to be a part of their first major milestone. Uplifting the experience of over 22,000 employees and franchisees across multiple countries, Chemist Warehouse are now poised to scale and transform effortlessly now and into the future.  By using #AI on #SAP’s Business Technology Platform, EPI-USE extended the solution to automate the generation of thousands of new hire and variation contracts, reducing 70% of the effort for the Chemist Warehouse HR team.  Many thanks to the amazing Chemist Warehouse team led by Danielle Di Pilla as well as the team at SAP for their support. In conjunction with SAP, EPI-USE APJ had the pleasure of hosting an executive roundtable in Adelaide to discuss challenges faced by HR executives based in South Australia. The discussion centered around how internal constraints and outdated HR systems often hindered leaders from meeting financial targets and improving operational efficiency. South Australia’s growth trajectory has meant the competition for attracting and retaining talent while #scaling strategically, has made the shift to digital transformation vital. The session unpacked the path to standing up a successful business case and ultimately business buy-in, so as to set up employees and ultimately their organisation for success.
