Rick Wilson, President of Miva, welcomed attendees to MivaCon 2014, the 14th annual Miva conference. He provided an overview of new features for Miva Merchant in 2013 including Shop As Customer, variant importing, Google Analytics integration, and new payment options. Wilson also previewed upcoming improvements for 2014 like a redesigned MivaMerchant.com and Miva Central, responsive themes, native marketplace support, and a major platform upgrade. He demonstrated some of the new administrative interface features focused on usability and efficiency. Wilson invited developers to join the beta program in April and announced the planned release in Q3 2014.
