Today I celebrate my 20th anniversary at Microsoft Advertising. It’s been an amazing journey and the best part is that I still love what I do and the people I get to work with every day. Huge thanks to my current bad-ass boss Kya Sainsbury-Carter. I have been very lucky to have been led by a dream team of Microsoft managers in the last 20 years Anna Collins, Joslyn Main, Steve Sirich, ACC, Todd Dunlap, Robert Ahearn, Valerie Beaulieu-James and last but definitely not least Jennifer Creegan. Thanks also to my amazing LT - Ingrid Nagel, Jennifer Riffle, Jen Latham, Rohith Maneyapanda, Dina B., Jonathan Mars and Sandra Cardozo Ainslie - you make the hard days worth it and the good days even better!

I remember how impressive you were during that surprise "cold call" interview when it was clear you were the right leader at the right time for the team AND a great LT MSFT hire.
