Job Description 

 

As our Healthcare Account Manager, you will be responsible for training and implementation of our program at physician groups and health systems, driving the adoption of Plethy’s Recupe program, managing customer relationships, and supporting clinic operations and their quality outcomes. 

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Work across the “breadth and depth” of the site of care (hospital or clinical setting) to introduce, educate, implement, and support the usage of Plethy program and its widespread adoption throughout the customer healthcare organization  
  • Act as the central product expert providing day-to-day information, education, training, support, and integration/adoption expertise to care providers and their billing team.  
  • Develop champions at each site of care who will partner with you to co-lead and accomplish the program goals defined as part of the customer partnership   
  • Work closely with the sales team and local distributors and provide informal and formal presentations to physicians, nurses, other allied healthcare professionals, and clinical and/or health-economic benefits of the program  
  • Develop and implement a plan for a systematic and organized approach to regularly obtain customer feedback on current application areas as well as new application areas for Plethy technology and services that may be of interest to the site of care  
  • Solicit, aggregate, synthesize, and communicate customer needs, experiences, and feedback widely within the company and ensure appropriate and timely responses to the customer; Share field clinical activities and key customer learnings via written and verbal reports and analyses of “what’s working well” and knowledge “gap identification” to continue to develop and refine our products, services, and clinical / commercialization approach  
  • Stay current on developments in the field of digital health and fee schedules and perform as the company’s local product and clinical applications expert across local customer base  
  • Openness to other duties as assigned by leadership team to support company needs, including flexibility to work within customer sites  

 

Qualifications  

  • Prior training experience working in customer healthcare organizations to support implementations and operations with a medical device or pharmaceutical product platform.  
  • Previous clinical or operations experience in orthopedics or neurosurgery is a plus.  
  • Lean Six Sigma ASQ or Project Management PMP, is a plus.  
  • Experience in education and training in the clinical environment with healthcare providers  
  • Knowledge and/or previous experience in digital health and remote patient monitoring. General interest and comfort with consumer technology (mobile devices, apps, software)  
  • Able to demonstrate effective educational and presentation skills in diverse settings from one-on-one discussions to formal large-group situations  
  • Professional demeanor with an ability to engage with and directly support clinical customers at all levels  
  • Able to travel to local client sites, as needed.  
  • Relevant clinical experience across multiple clinical care settings, ideally physician office environments, and health systems  
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills  
  • Excellent organizational skills along with strong attention to detail  
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams  
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
