  • Social Selling at a Fortune 500 Company

    Working with this global F500 company, we were hired to solve a lead problem. The sales force was not able to get access to enough new opportunities. We implemented an executable program that helped the sales reps generate appointments in front of target prospects. While the design of the program was important, we focused heavily on adoption. Through both training and coaching, the client was able to ensure this new skill stuck vs. came across as another initiative.

    SBI was hired to help a leading private equity firm make a strategic decision as to whether to proceed with a potential purchase of a global SaaS company. In less than a month, with limited access to data and people, our team was able to develop a set of evidence based recommendations. These recommendations helped our client make a fact based decision on both valuation and long term capability of the sales organization.

To solve this we built a buyer focused sales process, a customized sales leadership academy for coaching and developed a consistent 'A' player hiring profile. This hiring profile is used consistently to assess new and existing talent. The client has achieved record topline growth, rep and manager execution is more consistent and per head productivity is up over 35%.
