    These firms may become the consultative sales force new AI technologies need in order to be integrated into large enterprises: After ChatGPT's release in November of 2022, large software companies and a sea of new startups have begun offering a range of enterprise AI solutions from custom models to customer service agents Excitement is building throughout the corporate landscape to utilize new AI tools. However, finding the promised productivity gains has not been so simple. Integrating new AI tooling comes with questions across companies from employees asking: Will this replace my job? to Executives wondering: Are they using our proprietary data to train their models? This organizational resistance to new AI tools seems to have led to the consultative sales force of consultative sales forces -- consulting firms -- to be called in. These firms are often the go-to partners for large corporations to not only integrate new technology but also manage risk. This approach could put them in a perfect position to sell the solutions themselves: PwC has Partnered with OpenAI to sell ChatGPT Enterprise to their customers. PwC's U.K. and U.S. branches will be the first to resell OpenAI's business-focused chatbot. "We are actively engaged in GenAI with 950 of our top 1,000 US consulting client accounts" - PwC Mckinsey has also recently inked a partnership with Microsoft to help clients with AI integration. The two have joined forces to leverage generative AI in enterprise and shared services operations, enhancing the long-standing alliance between the two companies. Their partnership will combine Microsoft's Copilot Studio with McKinsey's expertise in strategy, organizational change, digital transformation, and implementation. Led by QuantumBlack McKinsey’s designated AI consulting arm. These partnerships very well may be both a reaction and a first step as large-scale integration and resistance are the key issues at hand for new AI Products.

Initial Industry Applications: Customer service, gaming, and healthcare sectors are the first to implement ACE technologies to create lifelike digital humans for tasks like customer service or telehealth. The rise of AI agents, or automated autonomous software programs that can interact with the world just like humans to complete tasks, will only become more advanced as agents themselves can now take on digital avatars to perform jobs, such as customer interactions.

AI adds textures and elements that surpass what concept artists typically achieve. John Lindley (Director of Photography, "Justified: City Primeval") Recalled the initial skepticism around digital cameras and drew parallels with current AI technology. He highlighted that despite technological advancements, human involvement has increased, rather than decreased. New Research From Anthropic (The Maker of Claude) - They have the first detailed look inside a modern large language model. -A subfield of AI research: Mechanistic Interpretability Aims to understand how these models work by examining their internal mechanisms Or “Reverse engineer neural networks” - Anthropic -For the first time, Anthropic made significant strides in interpreting AI models, specifically Claude 3 Sonnet, using a technique called "dictionary learning." -Finding Patterns: They identified approximately 10 million patterns, or "features," that represent different concepts within the model. -When these features are triggered they change model output. -This is the first step in understanding models and tracing LLMs from training data to final output.

    The Power of Grok and Searchable Data Sets: -Grok the AI model Created by xAI Elon Musk’s new company associated with 𝕏 (formally Twitter) can explain complex topics just like rivals such as ChatGPT -But it goes a step further: as Data is live (people are always posting) on Twitter (𝕏), Grok will surface relevant Tweets to the topic it is breaking down -There are other consumer interfaces that enable large scale data set search, like Notion AI -Notion is a workplace software company similar to Google Drive and They recently launched a Q&A Feature that allows users to live search their workplace itself. -AI is fundamentally changing the way humans interact with data  Instead of searching, people will now spend time asking for the specific information they are looking for -This shift will change the human machine interfaces of the future.
