How to Get Gold Stickers on Monopoly Go

This article explains the various ways you can get rare gold stickers when playing Monopoly Go.

What Are Gold Stickers?

Stickers provide additional opportunities to earn in-game rewards—provided you complete a set—with gold stickers being the rarest and trickiest ones to track down. Filling out a given sticker set usually provides extra dice rolls and money, but some also include tokens you can use to represent yourself on the game board.

The Simplest Method to Get Gold Stickers

If you want those gold stickers and can’t wait, the quickest and easiest way to fill out your album is to pay for it.

1. From the main screen, tap the Shop icon (it looks like a vendor stall) in the top-left corner.

2. Scroll through the available bundles at the top of the screen, paying attention to the included sticker packs.

3. Tap the price on a given bundle to start the transaction. Depending on your settings, you may need to input your App Store or Google Play account password to complete the purchase.

4. Open the sticker pack to see what you get.

5. Tap the sticker pack in the bundle window to view its description. Then tap the Info icon (i) at the top-left of the pop-up window to see your odds of getting a gold sticker.

   

6. Other bundles, sometimes including sticker packs, occasionally appear on the main screen as offers. Tap on any one of them to learn more.

   Remember, paying for stickers does not guarantee the ones you want or need, as it’s still a random draw. Paying, however, offers a higher chance for rare ones to appear.

Get Gold Stickers for Free

Earning gold stickers instead of buying them can take much longer, but if you’re patient, it can be done. All you have to do is keep acquiring sticker packs—or get ahold of a Wild Sticker. To earn sticker packs:

1. Log in once per day and collect Daily Treats. The treats change each day (you can see what’s available on what day), and some include sticker packs.

2. Collect daily Quick Wins by tapping the Wins tab in the bottom-left corner. Some include sticker packs, and if you collect enough to fill the meter at the bottom of the menu, you can earn a 5-star sticker pack.

3. Spin the Monopoly Wheel for a chance to win sticker packs. Earn spins by upgrading landmarks to place houses on your properties (which eventually become hotels)–then land on a color property that’s all hotels.

   

4. Participate in events whenever they’re available. The requirements vary, but most will earn you sticker packs of varying rarities.

5. Duplicate stickers earn you Sticker Stars (based on the star value of the duplicate stickers), which can be exchanged for random sticker packs.

6. Tap the Album tab in the bottom-right corner of the main screen, then tap the Stickers for Rewards icon (it looks like a safe) in the bottom-right corner.

7. When you’ve saved up enough stars (250 minimum), tap the button for the vault you want (and can afford) to get your rewards. You can also tap the vault to see what items are included, with the most expensive option (this unlocks when your Net Worth reaches 1400) offering a Wild Sticker.

   

8. If you earn a Wild Sticker from an event, reach a milestone, or use it as a tournament reward, you can turn it into a gold sticker. When prompted, scroll through your available choices and select a gold sticker you haven’t acquired yet.

   

   While stickers can be traded with other players, gold ones are different. You can only trade gold tickers during a limited-time Golden Blitz.
