Last week we wrapped up the final of 2023 ASMs in our New York and London offices. Our ASMs are an opportunity for reflection and celebration, and set the tone for the new financial year ahead. As well as KPI-based awards, we also announce the recipients of our ACE awards (our Chairman's Awards). ACE stands for Attitude, Collaboration and Effort - these are not necessarily the top billers or more senior members of the team, but award the most improved and those that demonstrate Levin's values, day-in, day-out. Having just closed our fourth full year in business, Levin reports $42m USD NFI. In a statement released today, CEO and Founder James Brown announces our results for FY'23. "I am extremely pleased with this result, maintaining a robust and consistent level to FY’22, in the face of a strong industry headwind and complex global macroeconomic conditions. With the improvements made to our business throughout 2023, NFI per head has doubled year on year. We have made significant improvements to our infrastructure and L&D, alongside growth investment into Germany and the USA. Our long term mission to build the world’s #1 talent ecosystem for technology moves into its’ 5th year since inception; we are now hiring the very best graduates for our January academies across the globe. Levin Does Movember 🧔🧔♀️ Movember fundraisers are a global community of fired up Mo Folks – aka rock stars making a difference in mental health and suicide prevention, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. This will last for the whole of November and there are lots of ways to get involved: 🪴 Grow a moustache 🏃♀️ Move for Mental Health 🕺 Mo your own way Those who can grow facial hair, kicked off November 1st clean-shaven and are going to see how strong their moustache game can get. Those without facial hair, are setting themselves a personal challenge – how many steps can you rack up in a month? Can you quit a bad habit for a month? Learn a new skill? Check out a few of our London team's growth efforts this week.... All donations raised for #Movemeber go to fund men's health projects globally; breakthrough research in prostate cancer screening, testicular awareness campaigns, supporting GBTQ+ men in fatherhood, suicide prevention programmes for men globally and so much more. Next week Levin will be holding our first global CSR day, IMPACT24. On 15th September our global teams will be downing tools for a good cause and completing 5 challenges 🖐 All of our offices will be closed in order for us to commit to 24 hours of global CSR work. 🥏 BLUE CHALLENGE - Fundraise Our entire global employee base is committing to fundraising $50 (in their local currency) all for charities supporting #mentalhealth, with Levin matching the top fundraiser. 👾 PURPLE CHALLENGE - Move Teams will be grouping together or going at it alone to rack up the miles either by bike, running or swimming. 🏵 YELLOW CHALLENGE - Clean Up Levin takes the trash out. We'll be hitting parks, canals and beaches in our local communities to clear up as much litter as possible. 🧦 TEAL CHALLENGE - Donate From clothes drives to food bank donations, the Levin team will be donating our time, or unused stuff, to those in need. 🍏 GREEN CHALLENGE - Educate What knowledge can you pass on to your community? We'll be sharing our expertise throughout the day over socials and through community workshops.
