Celebrating a Fun-filled Second Quarter at CBTW! This past quarter, our CBTW teams across Europe embraced the spirit of camaraderie and adventure with some fantastic afterworks! In Luxembourg, the Eat Around the World experience is still ongoing and employees explored the culinary delights of Syria and Italy in these past two months, showcasing our appreciation of each other's cultures. The Switzerland team had a blast bowling, showcasing their skills and competitive spirit. Both Belgium and France turned up the energy with excellent DJ performances, creating unforgettable evenings filled with music and dance. In Germany, the team enjoyed a creative and fun ABC Costume Party, adding a unique twist to our afterwork activities. These events and many others, have strengthened our connections and fostered a vibrant company culture. A big thank you to everyone who participated and made these moments special! Embracing the Right Mindset We are very proud of our Work & Life Coach, Pierre-Antoine Gagneux, who gave an inspiring presentation on behalf of CBTW titled "Succeeding in Your Challenges!" at La Maison du Coworking. This session focused on the importance of adopting the right mindset to tackle challenges effectively. Pierre-Antoine emphasized focusing on what truly matters, learning from every situation, and acting with confidence and trust. The talk was attended by a diverse group, including IT professionals, coaches, and salespeople. Celebrating The 3rd Baloise Luxembourg Security Day We were truly honored to co-organize the third edition of the Baloise LU Security Day, marking our second participation in this event, this time as a Key Partner! Thanks to this mutual trust, Téo MARIN-BERTIN, our Business Unit Manager, had the opportunity to co-host the event with Franck BEDELL, CISO of Baloise. The day focused on enhancing employee security awareness, featuring insightful conferences on "Children and Cybersecurity" and "Effectively Protecting Your Family." Our diverse workshops included an escape game, a VR booth, and a live social engineering demonstration by Pierre-Albéric TROUPLIN. We concluded the day with a dynamic round table discussion, emphasizing the importance of security in today's digital landscape. CBTW was honored to participate in the event on June 6 & 7, which featured engaging conferences on web & mobile development, AI, Cloud, codelabs, and interactive activities. Our CBTW-developed game, inspired by Stratagem Hero, attracted over 530 plays and our CBTW tech quiz challenged attendees' knowledge in a fun and competitive manner. Congratulations to all the winners who received fantastic prizes, including a valuable coaching session with our coach, Pierre-Antoine Gagneux.
