Very much looking forward to the first annual Elevate Conference, which is coming up on 11/16. Yes, this is a conference for our technology community BUT the goal is for the conference to be as accessible as possible to everyone who finds themselves on a technical team or technology-adjacent (there will be no code on the main stage :P). The morning content will be filled with two amazing keynote speakers (Shawn Riley and Kanthi Narukonda ) and two panels. The overall theme will be reflection on creativity, innovation, humanism, and growth in technical careers (not just STEM careers, but any career where craftsmanship and technical skill development are paramount). We'll hear from folks in positions of innovation, research, design, and engineering across multiple local organizations and experience levels (Garrett Maurer, Brigit Blote, Janice Lebga-Nebane, Jordan Nelson, Grant Swenson, Kathryn Szombatfalvy, Megan Glasow, Nick Zaccardi), (Bobcat Company, Bushel, Scheels, Perficient, Microsoft, BisBlox Consulting, Simon Data, gener8tor, Elinor Coatings, LLC, Chipp.AI, CybHER, SpringBlock, Fomeno) The afternoon workshops are well balanced, too. One is technical (interactive art with javascript, Adrian Aleixandre) for those who just want to write some code and have fun. The second workshop will focus on using the English language to build AI tools ("If you know English, you can code and monetize a chatbot", Scott Meyer). The third workshop is focused on entrepreneurship ("The Startup Journey: From Ideation to Pitch"), with gener8tor as hosts and guest speakers from our local innovation ecosystem (Ben Stanley, Lindsay B., Sarah Louise) Finally, to round it all off, after the happy hour is Full Stack Fargo to bridge the gap between the Elevate social hour and gener8tor's evening cohort showcase at the same venue (Four and Four, above SideStreet). Soo Finally the result has announced, and we are the Winners !!! 🥳 Our team #Tender_AI stood at #First_Place(1st) in the "#WEB_GPU_ADVANCE_HACKATHON🥇. And this hackathon participation was amazed. Thankyou lablab.ai for organizing this cool hackathon. We made our just 24 hours soo productive and innovative😎. I had pleasure to explore and dive into new technologies. Participation in international hackathons introducing me how fast our AI world is growing so we must keep ourselves up-to-date. Much excited to explore many more technologies. This achievement couldn't be possible without my amazing team. A big #shout_out to you guys for being cooperative and productive. No doubt, with together learning, we get a lot from one others experience specially when we we have a team with different tech skills and from different cultures.
