Chandigarh: UT Police arrested three persons for allegedly snatching a mobile phone from a man in Sector 42. Police claimed to have recovered the snatched phone and the bike used in the crime from the accused, identified as Charanjit Singh, Rahul, and Vivek. In his police complaint, Rajpal of Sector 38 said that he was walking on the slip road when the accused, allegedly riding a motorcycle, came and snatched his phone.
