INLD’s Shyam Rana joins BJP
Chandigarh: In a jolt to the Indian National Lok Dal (INLD) ahead of the Haryana assembly elections, former MLA Shyam Singh Rana joined the BJP along with his supporters in presence of chief minister Nayab Saini here on Friday.
Rana had been elected as an MLA on a BJP ticket in 2014. However, he had left the party after being denied the ticket in 2019. He was currently serving as a senior office bearer of the INLD and was named the party candidate for Radaur assembly constituency.TNN
