Chandigarh: The Environment Society of India, in collaboration with the city’s education department, organised the 31st state-level National Children's Science Congress on Sunday at the Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development, regional centre, in Sector 12.
More than 30 teams from both government and private schools of the city participated in the event.
State coordinator NCSC said the top two teams from both senior and junior categories will represent the city in the 31st National Children's Science Congress scheduled to be held in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
New Delhi, aims to encourage children aged 10-17 years to explore their creativity and problem-solving abilities through scientific methods.
