Chandigarh: A group of around 20 assaulted three persons with iron rods, sticks and sharp-edged weapons in Sector 26, Panchkula. The victims were admitted in the civil hospital, Panchkula. Later, two of them were referred to PGI. Paramdeep Singh, a student from Sector 4, Panchkula said that he had gone to buy vegetables in the Sector 14 market with his friend Robin.Another friend, Nitin Kumar, met them there.
