Hi, do u mean backing up all ur data? I would recommend Smart Switch and installing the Smart Switch on ur desktop to back all ur data to desktop's Smart Switch. It will backup all the necessary data.

Don't have to. Actually, my Smart Switch desktop till today has my Note 5 and Note 10+ backup, which I can anytime restore, without having these 2 phones.

After u backup to Smart Switch, u can factory reset ur device alr. But do u have any photos or files in Secure Folder?

Oh.. that time, the Samsung staff told me that Maintenance mode is only applicable for 3rd party repair and everytime send into Samsung service centre, will need to factory reset, be it extensive or minor repair. 😪

U see if u can backup the files in Secure Folder. Cos the standard backup won't include the files in Secure Folder.

Update: Files residing in Secure Folder are no longer allowed to be backed up. So the only way is to move them out from Secure Folder. Once u receive back ur phone after repair, then move them back to Secure Folder.Screenshot_20231030_134201_Secure Folder.jpg
