S23u battery normal browsing draining faster and overheating

From Feb when just bought normal browsing still ok would only get very hot when gaming only now recently after Oct update would get as hot even when I'm not gaming and battery drain even faster 🤦

Yeah.. seems like Samsung is tightening the security of Secure Folder, not allowing backups for it.

But yesterday I used samsung cloud it was able to back up my secure folder just need to unlock it but not sure if it's able to restore secure folder

Maybe can do a trial run to see if can successfully restore, after backing up?

Okay. Once done, u should be ready to send in ur device for the repair. But also, third party apps like WhatsApp need to manually back up the chat history and media, won't be covered in the Smart Switch backup. Smart Switch backup will only cover the Samsung and Google apps, which u sign in for both Samsung and Google accounts.

Formating hard disk rn if the hard disk works then I'll try smart switch back up again just in case

For both image and video in gallery 7500 ish missing 413 image and video in the PC back up
